Taking on Cyber Anarchy

For those pondering what the digital age, blockchains, a free flow of information, and the technological magic of innovative disruption will bring to humanity, it is nothing short of a nihilistic smorgasbord. But only in the most positive light =). For those lost in the malaise, please primer up with some ordered anarchy (#Commissions Earned) and think of it like Star Trek with a Hangover.

For those looking to catch a little glimpse into our current future, perhaps the best quick shot analysis for the proto-crypto-phenomenological world we now live in was summarized way back in the digital dark age of 2014. For that is when a man by the name of Michael Goldstein sought to drop a nugget of knowledge on our cyberspaced-out heads. A man who blends the wisdom of the ancients with the digital lexicon of the 21st century like Nostradamus writing quatrains in a smoke-filled haze, we could not agree more with his conclusion:

“There was never such a thing as privacy. The Internet just made the fact clear. Privacy can and should be constructed, but it will never be perfected. Protecting ourselves from the dangers of crypto-anarchy requires embracing it even more fully and internalizing and practicing the virtues that have helped great men weather the storms of life since antiquity.”
